The Principal hereby instructs the Agent, in his/her capacity as a real estate agent, to mediate the sale of a property to any interested party for the amount to be finally agreed upon.
The Principal expressly accepts that the Principal may also act for a counterparty of the Principal, upon receipt of a legal instruction.
This mandate is simple (non-exclusive). The principal is entitled to mediate the presentation of the property to the interested public, and in the event that a preliminary contract or main contract is drawn up through his mediation, he is entitled to the brokerage fee detailed below.
